Need Theme set to my region

I have installed my purchased theme, but the theme MAP and other settings are set to a specific region in Europe. I want my theme and settings for USA.

HI there! You purchased a theme for Romania not for USA. In the product description is specified that is with the Romanian map.
We have no theme with USA map.

Thank you for your suggestion to buy new themes, but I am only interested on the theme I already purchased.
Question/Request:
Is the a way to enter the name of the countries, and have the states and cities of each country automatically populate without having to enter each country/state/cities by hand one at a time?
I have used other OSCLASS templates before, it's easy to enter a country and have every other cities or states of that country automatically populate.
Please provide response or suggested solution to this issue.

Hi! I think you confuse the theme with the osclass script, and this is not an issue related to this theme. This theme or any other theme has nothing to do with the locations, that is part from Osclass script and is not related with the theme inself.
In the past(2-3 months ago) before Osclass team close the site, that part was populated from a geo subdomain. Now that subdomain is closed and you cannot download the data anymore.
So the only solution is to add manually the countries and regions or to upload an sql file.

Thank you for this new information and it helps me to resolve the country/city problems.
Question:
Do you have a OSCLASS plugin or theme that I can purchase for online SHOE retail store?
--I need it to have provisions for listing the shoe sizes and colors and other necessary specifications of a shoe of all makes and sizes.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
