How to add a new country?

You can add a new country in osclass under Settings, Locations tab where you can add automatic new country by adding the country name, and if this country is in Osclass Geo all the regions and cities will be imported automatically in the database. If the country that you want to add is not listed in osclass geo you can add the name of the country and manual each region and cities.

In some cases if you have too many regions and cities for a specific country the add process can take too much time or the server resources can be consumed. In this case, you can import manually each region with the cities.

Download each region separately from https://osclass.calinbehtuk.ro/osclassLocations/

If you import the file via osclass function in Tools=> Import data you don't have to change anything, but if you upload via phpmyadmin you have to update the table prefix in the downloaded SQL file.

Change /*TABLE_PREFIX*/ with your table prefix, but only if you upload from phpmyadmin

If you already have that country or region installed on site do not attempt to import again the same data.

If you find a missing region in the country, you can add this region in Settings=>Locations. Here you can manage Osclass locations by adding a new region/city or delete/edit an existing one.

Delete a region will remove all the cities listed in that region, this action is the same for each country. If you delete a country all the regions and cities from that country will be deleted.

All the items listed in a deleted country, region or city will be removed when the action is done. So be careful when you delete a location, take this matter in your consideration.
