Hi! You have the implementation steps in the settings page.
You have to edit your theme and include the line to display the button. Please check the video from the settings page to see the steps.

Sorry but I don't understand, oc-admin?
This plugin is for users to renew the ads after some number of set days, not for admin. The user will receive an email when the renew is allowed.
You cannot include this plugin in oc-admin, that will not work.

my purpose is if user would like to bump, they have to paid.
so the link must be in oc-admin. can i do that?

No, you can't force the user to pay for renewing, there is no option for that in this plugin. All the options are presented on the product page.
The only option for admin is in the bulk action where the admin can move in tope one or multiple items, but you can't include in oc-admin individual item page.

The option is :
- Number of days
- Update times
- Expiration
No option for admin can move ads on top?

The admin can move the items in the top form oc-admin/items page by selected move on top from bulk action and selecting the item from the table.
