I can’t log in to my account. You blocked me. I bought plugins from you. I did not have duplicate accounts. I only changed the email address. Unlock me. This account was created for correspondence.

The only way that an account is blocked, is because that does not comply with the site rules and regulations, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity.
