S_message missing piece in user form???

I need to show my problem with the attached file because i do not now how to explain.
When a user receives a message and opens his message s_individual there is a photo from the item displayed but no info about the item.
In admin however all_individual.php?message_id=12215 there is info next to the photo...
Is it possible to fix this?

Uninstall and reinstall remains the same....
In incoming you see the item title but when you click to view the message there is only the picture showing with no link or item title....
In admin you see both picture and title

Clear your cache. The problem was just a style issue. Is possible the new style is not loaded.
