S_message - how to ban spamer?

Hi


Is it possible to globally block a user who sends spam in the s_message plugin?
A user who receives spam can block the spammer, but the spammer using the same email can send another user a stupid message, and another, and another....
Is there an option to block the spammer's email/ip globally, so that he can't use the same email address for other users?
