We posted on osclass forum and to our forum a message for all our customers. This was before the market was closed. So that all our customers from the osclass market to be transferred to our market. 

Now nothing can be done.

That is right! We warn our customers about the close of the market and the steps to proceed to transfer the orders to our site by sending messages, posting to our forum and Osclass forum.
Now we can't confirm your order and we can't be sure that you really bought our product. Sorry, but we can't help you with your issue.
