Recapecha is verified

Correctly then after pressing the send button a message appears stating that recapecha was not entered correctly

What is the defect

Is possible that you use 2 systems, a plugin and osclass system.

Make sure that you have no other plugin that is doing the same thing. And try with bender theme and see if you have the same issue.
