Osclass Referral Plugin purchased not working

I uploaded and followed the support video to set my Osclass Referral Plugin, the plugin work only on one test account. Further accounts created on the same test account and other test accounts failed to show up inside my admin area of the plugin. It also failed to show up as inactive referral on other test accounts portals. What is the issue with this plugin. I sent support messages to provider/vender and I am yet to receive any response.
Please help/suggestions how to resolve this issue.

Hi!
We are not online 24/24 hours, to respond to you in the second 2 after you send the message.
A big font or multiple messages will not get you a fast response.
Now to answer to your message.
That single record is proof that the plugin is working, and is working how is supposed to work.
The plugin is tested and is working fine. But you try to get some referral credit with multiple accounts. This plugin has some futures that will prevent the same user to get referal credit by registering with multiple accounts.
This system is not bulletproof but is working in most cases.
