I need to know where I can locate the file within my server for the "USEFUL INFORMATION" text messages. Please see image screenshot attached.

Does anyone know how to update or Stop the "popup" news letter/product notification subscription form, location of the form etec...

alert-form.php handles that pop-up

you can make changes there and in style.css if you want to change the aspect
