Hello all, no activity so far. My orders were on hold and not completed, email messages unanswered. Where's the admin please? Is the website dead?

Hi! Unfortunately, the payment is on hold and is not up to me, PayPal team will review the payment and will give us an answer.
The payment was on hold from the beginning, but when you created a case you extended the period by 5 days instead of 24 hours how the initial hold will take(The first hold was some check by PayPal to see if you indeed made the payment).
I estimate that will take up to 1-2 days until the review.
And no, the website is not dead!
I'm sorry for this inconvenience. The only thing that I can do if you don't want the product anymore is to give you a refund.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have never had such hold whenever I make PayPal payment by them. Even for more expensive items, so I wonder why. I thought the hold was by your site? Also, when I reported to PayPal, they messaged me that they will refund the payment automatically.
Your website is also not allowing me reorder, even before getting to the payment level. It is asking me to delete the previous order before reordering. So if you could please delete it for me to reorder. Thank you.

It is a security check to see if you made the payment. This happened before to me, and this is not something that I can control.
Again, I am sorry for this but we have to wait so the case to be settled. You can't order the same item because you already have an order with those items, and that payment is made but only on hold.
If you still want the items we have to wait for PayPal to review the transaction, if not I will refund you the amount.
