different layout issues on different categories on same website

hello sir,
please i need an assistance of an expert to help me check this issue and recommend a solution for me.
when i visit services categories( https://ong.ng/services ) of my classified website on mobile phone chrome or opera the layout structure is bad compare to other categories like cars( ong.ng/vehicles/cars ).
pls what do you think can cause this? you can check the attach screenshot so that you will understand what i mean.

Hi! The issue come from your affiliate program, the ads are not responsive.

you are 100% right. i have confirmed it that it was the ads that makes it to look like that...thanks
